Employee Spotlight: CC Greene

Seiler's employee spotlight Greene

A key member of our design and sales team, Ceciley (CC) Greene is innovative, creative and ambitious. CC has deep experience in customer service as she’s been working since she was 15. Although she started in the food and customer service industry, CC found her true calling was being outside and working with plants.

She went from college part-time at SSCC in liberal arts to full-time at Morehead State University in Agriculture Science and Horticulture where she achieved a bachelor's degree. A hard worker throughout her college years, CC worked at the MSU greenhouses and Buffalo Wild Wings as a captain and a waitress while also doing landscaping projects for friends and family on the weekends.

After graduation, she moved back to Ohio to work for a local flower farmer in Midland that designs and creates floral bouquets for weddings, farmer's markets, CSA subscriptions and Dorothy Lane Market drop-offs. She then quickly proved herself in her first landscape designer and estimator position, being promoted to nursery manager while also designing and estimating all residential accounts.

CC brings unique talent and drive to the Seiler’s Landscaping team. She meets with clients, discusses their goals and creates outdoor environment designs that are then installed and maintained. She provides our clients with excellent customer service by recommending quality materials and creative solutions that help improve our clients’ property function and aesthetics.

A native of Peebles in Adams County, CC enjoys spending free time with family, including being a dog mom to two pit-mixes and an aunt to two nephews. She also loves being outdoors, kayaking, playing tennis and swimming. As a part of her competitive nature she enjoys card games and board games.

We are grateful to have CC on our team and appreciate everything she does to make Seiler’s successful. If you are interested in a refresh or complete landscape makeover designed by CC, contact us today to get started!
