landscape construction/team lead (full time)
Would you like to be known for creating gorgeous outdoor spaces all around Greater Cincinnati? Do you enjoy seeing a design on paper come to life? At Seiler’s Landscaping, we’re looking for people with the skills, dedication and desire to make the world a more beautiful place.
As a landscape construction/team lead, you will manage the installation of complete landscape projects. Paver patios, retaining walls, landscape lighting and more will all spring to life thanks to you and your team. It’s a lot of work and we’d count on you to have:
A high school diploma or equivalent
A valid Ohio driver’s license and good driving record
The ability to drive manual trucks hauling trailers
Experience operating bobcats, dingoes, mini-excavators and other typical landscape equipment
To create exquisite landscapes and outdoor living areas at Cincinnati’s finest homes and businesses, we look for at least three years of verifiable experience in:
Paver installation
Landscape installation
Wood construction
Retaining walls
Masonry
LED lighting
Reading and following designs
Leading and managing a crew of three

Mowing foreman/team lead (full time)

As a mowing foreman/team lead, you will manage a small team and delight clients with the best-looking lawn in their neighborhood. We work at Cincinnati’s finest homes and businesses, creating beautiful and inviting outdoor spaces that stand out.
We count on our mowing foreman/team leads to inspire their coworkers and model the highest degree of customer service. It’s a big job and we truly appreciate those who can pull it off.
Do you have what it takes?
A valid driver’s license
Three years of experience in residential mowing and a desire to be mentored and directed by our operations manager
Ability to efficiently and safely operate and maintain a truck/trailer combo and an Exmark walk-behind mower
Experience reading landscape designs
In this job, you’ll set the standard by:
Reviewing daily and weekly work to prepare for the current work at hand
Assuring mowing equipment, tools and trucks are kept clean and organized
Coordinating and communicating work with our customers, considering their individual needs and site conditions to provide professionally manicured yards
Taking responsibility for the quality, productivity and efficiency of your team
Maintaining accurate paperwork for job tracking
Overseeing the team’s work, providing additional instructions and training to other team members to assure the highest quality work is completed in a professional and efficient manner

Landscape Team Member (Full Time)
Work outside and make Cincinnati more beautiful as a landscape team member for Seiler’s Landscaping. We’re looking for eager people with one to three years of experience in the landscape industry to make our clients thrilled with their yards.
We want you to join our team if you have:
General (or improving) knowledge of plants
Desire to advance to Landscape Team Leader
It’s a bonus if you are able to drive a manual truck with a trailer or have a commercial driver license (CDL).
You’ll work weekdays alongside others who care about doing their best and providing excellent customer service.
